Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare all relevant documents, shade continuity, test reports, cleanliness etc. for technical, quality or product safety audit to meet the customer demand.
Before delivery any lot, must ensure the quality so that no call out comes from cutting section & garments unit.
Ensure & follow up the shade, fabric width, GSM, Shrinkage, colorfastness, rubbing, PH, Bursting etc of each batch daily to meet the customer requirements.
Review the finished fabric shade, quality & report to Manager/AGM- QA.
Finished fabric inspection with 4 point system and find out grading with proper documentation.
Keep & record all statistical date values relating the quality assuring system.
Adopt & maintain the daily activities of his own account time to time.
Report & Co-ordinate to senior management, finishing, dyeing, QA team and Lab concern, if any kind of discrepancies happen.
Deal and drive by himself instantly in case of critical issues, quality points and claims from garments units.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
