• The Incumbent should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in a relevant position.
• At least 3 to 4 years for Software and 2 to 3 years for manual pattern in a reputed Woven Garments factory or Buying House.
• Basically, needs to know ladies, kids, tops, bottom, dress.
• Fluent in English in both oral & written, to work with Foreigners.     
• Must have to know communication skills with foreign peoples.
•  Able and willing to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Experiences in Lectra Software will be given preference.
• Required experience in Lectra (ModarisV7R2) Software.

Pattern Design & Grading.

• Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' styles using CAD.
• Arrange style-wise pattern designing to ensure zero error cutting.
• Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
• Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
• Able to check fitting samples on the dummy & make modifications pattern correctly.
• Able to check suppliers grading & modify shape to avoid size set rejection.Should know pattern Making/Grading/Cutting.
• Should Know Garments construction.
• Should able to do technical troubleshooting.
• Should have the ability to do fittings and solve fitting problems.
• To communicate with the merchandisers and buyers.
• To communicate with the local office for technical issues.
• To ensure the sample quality before sending it to the buyer.
• Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
