Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern Design & Grading.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style-wise pattern designing to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Able to check fitting samples on the dummy & make modifications pattern correctly.
∎ Able to check suppliers grading & modify shape to avoid size set rejection.
∎ Should know pattern Making/Grading/Cutting.
∎ Should Know Garments construction.
∎ Should able to do technical troubleshooting.
∎ Should have the ability to do fittings and solve fitting problems.
∎ To communicate with the merchandisers and buyers.
∎ To communicate with the local office for technical issues.
∎ To ensure the sample quality before sending it to the buyer.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The Incumbent should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in a relevant position. At least 3 to 4 years for Software and 2 to 3 years for manual pattern in a reputed Woven Garments factory or Buying House.
∎ Basically, needs to know ladies, kids, tops, bottom, dress.
∎ Fluent in English in both oral & written, to work with Foreigners.
∎ Must have to know communication skills with foreign peoples.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Experiences in Lectra Software will be given preference.
∎ Required experience in Lectra (ModarisV7R2) Software.
