∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master’s in a relevant discipline with knowledge in payroll and HR in the garments and textile sector.
∎ PGD in HRM preferred.
∎ Proficiency in ERP and Kormee software, with strong MS Office skills.
∎ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and ILO conventions relevant to the RMG/textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct recruitment, selection, salary, and benefits management.
∎ Maintain employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and personal files using ERP and Kormee software.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR and admin policies in compliance with local laws and buyer requirements.
∎ Address disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations issues as per legal standards.
∎ Draft and manage official documents, letters, and memos.
∎ Coordinate regular training and employee awareness programs.
∎ Provide technical support for payroll systems, including salary payments, deductions, and time-reporting.
∎ Analyze payroll procedures to ensure efficiency and functionality during processing times.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
