Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent will be leading a team of quality assurance people. Will have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage. Will be responsible for all areas re quality from production to Shipment. Strong command over woven / denim fabric/garment QC is a requirement. Typically requires Dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills Technical Knowledge & know how required To establish, monitor and revise the product quality requirements & operations To deploy the quality system across the organization in all production areas To determine the standard to be adopted by the company and to deploy it effectively by training, documentation and other appropriate means. To effectively co-ordinate and liaison with merchandisers for getting the company`s products and services certified under different applicable standards. Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers
