∎ Age at least 27 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Distribute all vendor samples details to the appropriate departments with a sense of urgency.
∎ All samples requests must be distributed each day without fail.
∎ Create packing list and invoice for samples passed to the customer each day by Courier/Air before cut of time.
∎ Coordinate with sample room for the Photo sample checking including comments given from Vendor to ensure all samples are delivered and checked in daily.
∎ Maintain an efficient and clean sample processing centre.
∎ Support Merchant team to add their sample request orders daily sample planning for follow time schedule accurately.
∎ Support department workload by assisting with other projects as needed.
∎ Need acknowledgement in fabrication.
∎ Process to follow up the fabrics/trims ordering with nominated vendors and for the required time table to remind the vendors
