Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be leading a team of quality assurance people.
∎ Will have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage.
∎ Will be responsible for all areas re quality from production to Shipment.
∎ Strong command over woven fabric/garment QA is a requirement.
∎ Typically requires Dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills Technical Knowledge & know how required
∎ To establish, monitor and revise the product quality requirements & operations
∎ To deploy the quality system across the organisation in all production areas
∎ To determine the standard to be adopted by the company and to deploy it effectively by training, documentation and other appropriate means.
∎ To effectively co-ordinate and liaison with merchandisers for getting the company's products and services certified under different applicable standards.
∎ Capable/expertise of leading a team of QC's/QC Executives and handle pressure/deadlines
∎ Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers
