Experience:

Handle full merchandising operations for assigned buyers: Next and Myntra, including buyer communication, negotiations, and relationship management.
Mediate and coordinate between team members, suppliers, buyers, planning, production, and factory teams to ensure smooth product development, material inflow, quality production, and timely shipment.
Perform accurate costing, negotiate costing and material prices with buyers and suppliers, and handle fabric/trims booking, tracking, and on-time housing to support flawless production.
Manage product development cycle: sample planning and follow-up, developments tracking, ensure timely submission of bulk samples (Fit, PP, Testing, TOP), and work on innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Oversee order management: order projection, order follow-up, materials booking, LC follow-up, create Sales Contracts, and monitor weekly progress.
Update and transfer required reports/documents for Next buyer via online systems including Next Interactive System (NIC), Styling Confirmation Sheet (SCS), Product & Presentation (P&P), Transaction Certificate (TC), Better Cotton Claim Unit (BCCU), and others as required.
Prepare and maintain monthly reports covering shipment status, CM earning, current order quantity, upcoming order projections, and related KPIs.
Follow up on all fabric and trims by coordinating with team members; maintain accurate fabric & trims inventory database.
Handle parcel collection and dispatch for samples, yarn, fabric, and other materials.
Visit factory to have meeting with buyers, to represent company in buyer visit to factory, monitor production progress, developments, and resolve on-site issues.
Create and share shipment schedules; collaborate with planning and production teams to achieve on-time delivery.
Attend meetings with buyers and suppliers; proactively identify problems, provide solutions, and ensure quality goods are produced meeting buyer standards.
Follow up on payment realization activities.
