Requirements:

∎ Age 23 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provides support to the end-users, physically and remotely.
∎ Troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, network and CCTV devices for remote location.
∎ Also, provides first-line support to end-users for applications and hardware.
∎ Deployment of IT infrastructures and training to the end-users.
∎ Lead projects for implementation new point, shifting or extension of Walton branch office.
∎ Provides CCTV support for NVR, DVR and Camera. Perform other duties as assigned.
∎ Meet users’ requirements and able to provide support by travelling various remote area.
