Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit dealer, Sub dealer, Display center on regular interval to follow-up and monitor them properly.·
∎ Visit stand and prepare stand mapping report to head office regular interval also generating lead from the visit and follow up prospective lead·
∎ Visit local association, shomity, influential 3 wheel leader and maintain good relationship·
∎ Assign broker base to expedite retail·
∎ Visit BRTA, Traffic office, DC office and maintain good relationship regarding permit issue.·
∎ Maintain good relationship with fleet owner and visit them frequently.·
∎ Work as a breeze between dealer and broker to increase the number of sales volume from respective area.·
∎ Assign new dealer and display center against opportunity from market.·
∎ Plan & execute marketing activities for the exposure of RAL products.·
∎ Submit report of stand mapping to inform management about the stand share·
∎ Find out the distance between target vs achievement and and take corrective measures to achieve further·
∎ Submit monthly report on Sales, Market Share, Key achievement, Competitor activity·
∎ Submit EMS analysis customer profile analysis, tour bill and monthly marketing activity bill, Monthly stand mapping report submission·
∎ Increase market share by generating sales from dealer points by providing market information help management to take proper decision and develop good relationship with stakeholder and thus increase business·
∎ Collecting dues and keep company on track to increase profitability·
∎ Track individual phone call and visit report·
∎ Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; meeting prospects at public activities; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions·
∎ Qualifies customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
∎ Monitoring & closely working with dealers to increase sales
∎ Demonstrates products by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives explaining warranties and services
∎ Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and delivers vehicles
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Monitor dealer collection and take necessary action/ help to confirm collection on timeAny other task assign by management without any prior notice
