Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of 2W vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Understanding of workshop operations and service workflow.
Knowledge of EV systems, battery technology, and controller diagnostics.
Familiarity with service manuals, warranty processes, and technical documentation.
Training content development and presentation skills.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern communication tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design and deliver structured technical training programs for service technicians, workshop supervisors, and service advisors.
Conduct new product and model training covering engine systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, EV components, and diagnostic procedures.
Prepare annual training calendars aligned with business expansion and product launches.
Develop training manuals, SOPs, videos, and technical reference materials.
Train dealership service teams on usage of diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ensure service processes comply with OEM service standards and warranty guidelines.
Conduct workshop audits and technical skill assessments.
Monitor training effectiveness through post-training evaluation and performance tracking.
Conduct training at dealer locations and regional service centers.
Identify skill gaps within service network and recommend development interventions.
Maintain updated technical training database and service knowledge repository.
