Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of 2W vehicle systems and diagnostics.

  • Understanding of workshop operations and service workflow.

  • Knowledge of EV systems, battery technology, and controller diagnostics.

  • Familiarity with service manuals, warranty processes, and technical documentation.

  • Training content development and presentation skills.

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern communication tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design and deliver structured technical training programs for service technicians, workshop supervisors, and service advisors.

  • Conduct new product and model training covering engine systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, EV components, and diagnostic procedures.

  • Prepare annual training calendars aligned with business expansion and product launches.

  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, videos, and technical reference materials.

  • Train dealership service teams on usage of diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Ensure service processes comply with OEM service standards and warranty guidelines.

  • Conduct workshop audits and technical skill assessments.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through post-training evaluation and performance tracking.

  • Conduct training at dealer locations and regional service centers.

  • Identify skill gaps within service network and recommend development interventions.

  • Maintain updated technical training database and service knowledge repository.
