Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and generate the new dealers and distributors through out the assigned market and districts.
∎ Generate demand and ensure the sales and distribution of the products from the distributors to retailers through the SRs.
∎ Arrange the campaigns and group discussion programs with the group of distributors to promote the brand.
∎ Report the higher Management to let them know the daily activities and updates of the market through the emails.
∎ Generate proposals to develop the market with justifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motorcycle with DL is preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16333 - 17150 (Monthly)
∎ The salary may be reviewed during the confirmation after three months successful probation period.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
