Responsibilities & Context:
Visit the market & collect orders from customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Explore new market segments and develop existing markets.
Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory/territories.
Create new customers, increase sales, development of marketing strategic plan, and works for achieving the plan.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
To prepare the daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ half yearly & yearly reports.
Have to follow the guidelines from the manager and reported accordingly.
Execute any assignments provided by management.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions. We need to be fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Lead and guide the sales team in client negotiations, deal closures, and converting leads into confirmed Order.
Regularly supervise and report on lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, Order progress, and handover processes.
