Job Context:
∎ The Fast Track Petroleum Ltd. is Operating in Bangladesh for a long time and with the Lubricant Products for last 9 years successfully.
∎ Recently they have decided to increase their branches of Operation to the Dealers end and looking for the Matured Experienced marketers. The incumbent without experience of handling the Dealers and Distributors are discouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure the regular market survey to introduce Fast Track Petroleum and create new business opportunities.
∎ Have to work towards the Dealers and Distributors end to maintain them updated the packages and offers of the Organization.
∎ Convince and motivate and educate the to make them understand regarding the business.
∎ Will have to work with the Retailers to create demand so that the dealers can get benefits.
∎ Suggest the Management regarding various projects and investments towards the Dealers and Distributors to ensure more engagements.
∎ Will have to work at least 4 districts and extensive travel is required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ This is a transferable job. The employee will have to be ready for posting according to the Management requirements.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16333 - 17150 (Monthly)
∎ TADA, Tour Allowance, Leave Encashment etc.
Hotel Bill, Night Stay allowance etc.
