Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Eliminating wastes from process.
∎ Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
∎ Prepare skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Implementing 5S & Kaizen culture.
∎ Changeover time analysis.
∎ Motion Study, Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
∎ Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks solve problem if any.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Garments.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Computer skill.
∎ Good communication skills.
