Job Responsibilities:
∎ PVC granules production & supply to individual users.
∎ Shoe & sole production through Injection Moulding machine.
∎ Manage workshop under control by maintaining harmonious and peaceful relationship with workforce.
∎ Receive material as per plan and prescription.
∎ Maintain physical inventory.
∎ Ensure delivery of finished components and monthly booking.
∎ Check daily attendance and absenteeism.
∎ Check quality of material.
∎ Closely supervise the production of new product/articles.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/half-yearly inventory as per schedule.
∎ Organize lab operation and quality control.
∎ Test of incoming materials.
∎ In process quality assurance and quality control.
∎ Analyze customer claim and shop-return.
∎ Support Product Development department during development stage.
