Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support & services to the farmers/ dealers.
- Guide and cooperate the farmers about smart farm management systems.
- Collect competitor`s data/ information.
- Provide technical service so that target could be achieved by sales force.
- Develop model farms management system.
- Disease diagnosis through clinical sign and post mortem lesions and prescription may be issued in written in necessary cases.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis reporting on visited farms and related issues.
- Arrange meeting with Farmers /Dealers and motivate them about farm management.
- Handling complains along with Zone In-charge/Supervisor.
- Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
