Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with production and Merchandising Team to improve the productivity and quality.
∎ Analyze the accessories and fabric order from merchandising team.
∎ Sourcing the material from existing and external supplier as well as negotiation the price.
∎ Confirm the order to supplier with best price and best quality as well.
∎ Confirm the order through online portal or confirm the booking manually.
∎ Following up the supplier to in-house the material in time as per TNA.
∎ Attend weekly general meeting with planning team to understand the production priority.
∎ Communicate with accounts and commercial department for supplier payment issues.
∎ Consistently visit the supplier factory to add new supplier.
