Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalise production planning calendar and monitoring according to the time that has been set.
∎ Prepare map with details of suppliers including capacities and capabilities.
∎ Prepare planning and freezing paper.
∎ Conduct production planning and freezing meeting.
∎ Utilise analytical and quantitative skills to ensure that sourcing plans are aligned with company's overall strategies.
∎ Negotiate with category buyer and factory to achieve company's estimated business through proper production planning.
∎ Ensure allocation and proper loading of factory.
∎ Ensure Utilisation of man, machine and material in efficient way.
∎ Oversee production tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting.
∎ Manage and train work force to bring out the best performance.
∎ Work with selected suppliers, in conjunction with purchase department and factories to identify bottlenecks and complexities and provide corrective actions to improve overall delivery performance.
∎ Monitor, analyse & report performance according to schedule of production and production support activities and make proper utilisation of information derived from material and production control systems.
∎ Conduct research and provide analysis for projects designated by Footwear Sourcing Management.
∎ Keep liaison and coordination with all allied departments to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Conduct production planning and freezing meeting.
∎ Arrange inter-flow meeting with concerned people.
∎ Coordinate and ensure delivery of products in time from factory.
∎ Perform needs assessments for clients' satisfaction and deliver services to ensure clients' satisfaction.
