Job Responsibilities:
∎ Written & Oral communication in English with overseas Suppliers.
∎ Regular mail communication.
∎ Preparation of all kinds of reports in English as per requirements of overseas suppliers.
∎ Dealing with all kinds of commercial issues related to business.
∎ Dealing with Indent/PI, L/C, Shipments and payments.
∎ Coordination with Sales members.
∎ Other work/Tasks/Assignments given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Oral & Written Communication Skills in English.
∎ Adequate commercial knowledge.
∎ Should be proactive & have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ At least 4 years experience in any business organisation and dealing with commercial issues.
