Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support / services to the farmers and dealers.
∎ Guide and cooperate the farmers about update farm management systems.
∎ Collect competitor's /market's data / information.
∎ Keep the sales target information of the zone or area and will work according to plan.
∎ Provide technical service to improve sales and help to achieve the target of Marketing team.
∎ Develop model farm management system.
∎ Disease diagnosis through clinical sign and post mortem lesion and prescription may be issued/written in necessary cases.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis reporting on visited farms and related issues.
∎ Arrange Farmers Gossiping Session (FGS) and motivate them about farm management.
∎ Handling complains along with Zone In-charge.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Self motivated.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Willing to travel.
∎ *Workstation: Anywhere in Bangladesh except Dhaka city.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered.
Salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
