Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical service to fish farmers and dealers.
∎ Keep the sales target information (fish feed and fry)of the zone and provide technical service to improve sales accordingly.
∎ Build good relationship with farmers/ dealers and hunt new customers.
∎ Collect market information.
∎ introducing the company's products..
∎ Dealing with Biofloc Fish Farming technology.
∎ Arrange meeting with Farmers /Dealers for motivation.
∎ Handling complains along with Zone In-charge.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to travel to remote areas.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
