Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA, CC will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer literacy, Cost optimization, Internal Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 3 years experience in same position., Garments, Group of Companies, Internal Audit, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Sweater Industry, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform audit as per international audit standard and comply with the local regulatory norms; Conduct pre audit of all financial transaction & operational System.
∎ Approval the PO after checking the price of requisition against the range of approved price list under specific Order/Job.
∎ Managing accessories budgets (Excess booking percentage) based on authority levels and taking necessary action to control and reduce cost.
∎ Checked and verified all SPR & physically.
∎ Check and verify all types bills with challan/invoice, MRR, PO/WO.
∎ Ensure complete per cost sheet under specific order/job at ERP.
∎ Ensure buyer wise profitability analysis.
∎ Application of cost methods, job costing, variance analysis and producing costing reporters by adjusting all types of bills PO wise under specific Order/job at ERP.
∎ Compare individual order/job item with quantity pre and cost sheet.
∎ Make all creation (ID, Item), correction (Department wise Challan, Production) at ERP.
∎ After completion of shipment with short/excess actual price of buyer.
∎ Check and verify all purchase requisition (SPR) for each department approval by section heads/department manager.
∎ Finding the deviation of standard process and prepare the audit report towards management showing the appropriate recommendations.
∎ Ensure compliance of company's rules and regulation at time of any financial transaction.
∎ Evaluate all the approved standard policies and procedures.
∎ Execute any other task as assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have CMA, CC,CA will get preferable.
∎ Tally, ERP, software based working experience.

Salary: Negotiable
