Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical Job Role:
∎ Supervise of Electrical works of the Project.
∎ Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.
∎ Maintain installation & commissioning of all types of industrial substations (X-former, LT panel, HT panel, MSB, DB, SDB, PFI plant, AVR, IPS, ATS) in factory.
∎ Maintain single line diagram (SLD).
∎ Maintain Electrical Load as per RSC/ACCORD standard.
∎ Ensure maintenance schedule & prepare budget on CAPEX, OPEX (Electrical).
∎ Look after sewing machine power distribution system, Diesel Generator, Boiler, Air Compressor, STP, Sub-Station etc.
∎ Resolve electrical trouble shooting of all RMG machinery and manage all technicians.
∎ Fire Safety Job Role:
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace & building.
∎ Daily fire equipment check & maintain needful action.
∎ Conduct fire drill monthly.
∎ Regular/ weekly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure to Floor Compliance and follow up the Daily Compliance Check List given by the higher authority of compliance department
∎ To ensure having personal safety equipment like mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, pulley cover, goggles, ear plug, gum boot, rubber apron, ear plug for workers are working in machines & chemical stores
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance & welfare issues, health, hygiene & safety; first aid etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Must have knowledge about sub-station, MSD/MDB, DB, SDB, Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Spare parts related work.
