∎ The candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process independently. Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude. Able to work under pressure with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures. This position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete proficiency in MS Office package. Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery. Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers. "Must have factory related production experiences".
