∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have sound knowledge about Knit Product costing & pricing process /Knowledge on sampling and Knit garments production;
∎ Should have sound knowledge in handling various styles with the fabric;
∎ Should be able to follow up production details as per order & ensure timely shipment;
∎ Able to handle several buyers/styles independently at a time;
∎ To corresponds with buyer & fulfill their requirement;
∎ Ensure all raw materials/accessories to be in house before bulk production;
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time;
∎ Establish & enhance long term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth;
∎ Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints;
∎ Maintain team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery;
∎ Resolve sample and product defects and issues with customers;
∎ Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production;
∎ Proper filling system & record for bulk orders.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must be experienced in Knit Merchandising;
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Good morale value with ethical commitment;
∎ Well behaved and convincing;
