Job Context:
∎ Mondol intimates is a well reputed 100% Export oriented lingerie factory. It has around 3000 manpower in various section/department. Factory is already ACCORD certified and we`ve WRAP, BSCI, CEDEX.
∎ Currently We are looking for Sr. Merchandiser or Manager for Marketing department who can collect new order from buyer/buying house directly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for experienced candidate who have solid practical knowledge on Lingerie product manufacturing, merchandising, consumption, costing, pricing.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly.
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders.
∎ Create new customer and follow-up existing customer to expand the business volume.
∎ Manages relationship with key customers.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers.
∎ Liaison with foreign reputed buyers to get export orders.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyer, send the sample on time and follow up on any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch.
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Plan for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Follow-up on purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets, product development and shipment.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Dynamic, Honest.
∎ Only for him/her who is willing to sustain for a long term in a company.
