Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production follow up from order receipt, material booking to in-housing and timely of the order as per Planning Dept.
∎ Fabric and accessories booking and in-housing as per Order TNA.
∎ Accessories (Sewing & Finishing) consumption determination, booking and in-housing as per TNA provided by Planning Dept.
∎ Coordinating with all Depts. - Yarn Procurement, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing, Fabric Team, Store, Cutting, Sewing Production, Finishing - ensuring smooth production flow of the order at each stage.
∎ Keep regular follow-up chart, maintain material-checklist daily for timely in-housing all raw material - fabric & accessories for smooth cutting, stitching and finishing.
∎ Attend PP meeting with Buyer's QC, understand the PP meeting comments before starting bulk production.
∎ Work closely with Planning Dept. for timely in-housing of all materials and ensuring sewing lines are running as planned.
∎ Know about different type of placement print, embroidery, wash orders - visiting factory to ensure correct productivity of the orders to ensure smooth sewing line running.
∎ Work with QA and GPQ team to ensure quality of output is as per approved PP sample.
∎ Understand physical testing norms and test procedure of the Buyer's product quality.
∎ Give inspection booking, follow up in-line inspections and maintain on-time final inspection of the order.
∎ Commercial terms familiarity; Able to make and read packing list, shipping mark approval, shipping documents, working closely with Commercial Dept. for vessel booking.
∎ Have experience in order execution of LIDL, ALDI, NKD, H&M, Pepco, Texibo, LPP and other reputable buyer.
