Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline / B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA (Reputed University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast experience and strong knowledge regarding knit, woven & sweater
∎ Must have capability to handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ Develop good business relation with client.
∎ Capable to lead a merchandiser team to achieve company goal.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Review time and action plan, solve the discrepancies immediately.
∎ Develop samples & trims according to Buyer requirements in time for production.
∎ Arrange & participate in pre-production meeting.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before deadline of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Align planning and production team for timely shipment.
∎ Follow up daily production report & ensure that production can meet up on time shipment.
∎ Creating report, update for top management reference and review.

∎ Candidates having experience in knit, woven & sweater are highly encouraged to apply.

∎ Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Garments
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparence, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, Power Point and E-mail.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
