∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (B2B focus)
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with real estate or construction sector experience
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Proactive, result-oriented, and well-organized
∎ Familiarity with IoT or smart home products is a plus
∎ Must be willing to travel for client meetings and events

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and onboard potential B2B clients (developers, architects, dealers, corporates)
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies for smart home and automation products
∎ Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
∎ Present product demonstrations and prepare proposals for clients
∎ Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
∎ Attend industry events and exhibitions as a brand representative
