Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops complex business scope & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
∎ Drive the marketing strategy, plan, and execution for Teton Product line, collaborating closely with various teams (cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external agencies)
∎ Conducts complex competitive analysis for specific products or product lines
∎ Assists with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions
∎ Establish the unique value proposition and messaging for Teton Products, with a clear understanding of the target market and buyer personas
∎ Author compelling, high-quality content to drive thought leadership in a variety of formats including print, web, social media, seminar, presentations, and video
∎ Support product launches and collaborate with field teams to execute marketing campaigns
∎ Plan, execute, and optimize paid media spend across channels to ensure brand growth and acquisition goals are met, including buying paid digital/social media in-house
∎ Develop reporting and KPIs to measure campaign/marketing effectiveness and make recommendations on content and media optimization opportunities across the organization
∎ Create content that provides thought-provoking storytelling and drives demand
∎ Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements
∎ Be able to have a strong relationship with the Development team to understand the product at the technical level
∎ Be able to collect and analyze market metrics to understand how each route to market is performing and are able to adapt as needed
∎ Create Case Studies and develop Customer References to bolster the product message
∎ Generate compelling presentations and reports with clear insights; excellent PowerPoint, analytical, messaging, and visual / written / verbal communications skills required
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Represent the company in customer engagements and at events, to evangelize our point of view
∎ Identify and develop key marketing operations and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness

∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Experience in branding, messaging, marketing plan development, and product launches
∎ Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ Outstanding track record shaping business roadmaps and marketing plans through deep consumer understanding, actionable insights, and sound recommendations
∎ Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Excel, word and power point) and experience with visual reporting of content and analytics, supporting teams with insights derived from data
∎ A passion for the connecting the dots between data, analytics, and creative messaging
∎ Successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
∎ Exceptional planning, project management, organizational, and communication skills
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer briefings
∎ Technology savvy with ability to learn and effectively use computerized account management system.
∎ Travel Requirements: Long term, approximately 15% travel may be required
