Responsibilities & Context:
Partnership Development: Identify and build strong professional relationships with sub-agents, local colleges, and educational partners.
B2B Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase our recruitment network for partner universities in Cyprus, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Market Outreach: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and represent the agency at educational seminars and expos.
Lead Management: Generate high-quality B2B leads and maintain a consistent follow-up system.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and partnership growth progress.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or the student consultancy sector is preferred.
Communication: Fluency in English and Bengali with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under performance targets.
