∎ M.Sc/B.Sc/Masters/Honors in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Food Engineering/Chemistry/Nutrition & Food Technology (Preferably)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute production processes such as mixing, processing, and packing to ensure daily production of Chanachur and Chips products and maintain quality as per the demand and forecast
∎ Achieve the targeted production by maintaining the efficiency of machines and manpower, ensuring optimum utilization of plant capacity
∎ The control production process efficiently to meet production targets also Identify problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions of production.
∎ Ensure cost-effectively, Maintain Quality according to the standard, and timely delivery of Chanachur and Chips
∎ Maintain communication with other functional departments to ensure timely production
∎ Create and execute SOP for the production process, adjust schedules, and train subordinates to implement the SOP successfully
∎ Check packing, labeling & coding as per the specification of products
∎ Maintain safety and security on production premises and aware subordinates of hygiene
∎ Identify risk factors of the production process and take preventive measures
∎ prepare different types of reports (e.g. Production report, production forecast, etc.) and submit those to the management when required.
