Experience:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• MBA or additional professional certification will be considered an advantage.

• Age At most 40 years

• 5–6 years of practical experience for B.Sc./ MBA in Planning /PPC within the Fancy Spinning

• 10–12 years of practical experience for Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Strong knowledge of fancy spinning production processes and capacity planning

• Sound knowledge of production reporting tools

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and coordination ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production optimization techniques will be preferred

Weaving unit is fully automated with state of the art machineries, like Picanol- Omni Plus 800, Airjet Looms with quick style change, Karl Mayer- High Performance Sizing and Sectional Warpers, Stauble Automatic Drawing- in System, CCI-Automatic Sampling Loom & Yarn Dying unit consists of high class machineries like SSM (Swiss) Soft Winding and Re-Winding machines, Gofront Stalem and Galvanim.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “ Assistant Manager (Planning)”.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the spinning division.

• Ensure optimum machine loading and capacity utilization to achieve production targets.

• Monitor production status and adjust planning according to operational requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality & Store departments for uninterrupted workflow.

• Analyze production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and productivity trends.

• Maintain yarn delivery schedules according to buyer and management requirements.

• Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans for smooth execution of production.

• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with store teams to avoid production interruptions.

• Develop planning reports, dashboards, MIS, and management summaries.

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions for process improvement.

• Ensure proper ERP/data entry and maintain planning accuracy.

• Lead and supervise planning team members for effective departmental performance.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Support management in strategic production and capacity planning decisions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
