Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency in stuffed toy production.
∎ Set and monitor production goals, KPIs, and quality standards to meet customer demands.
∎ Manage workflow schedules, allocate resources, and minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure the production of high-quality stuffed toys by maintaining stringent quality checks at all stages.
∎ Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Work closely with logistics to manage inventory levels and shipment schedules.
∎ Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
∎ Promote sustainable practices in production and packaging processes.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
