Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure health, safety & security, and CSR initiatives as per practice.
∎ All administrative activity and operations to smoothly control factories.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous institutions & other external agencies for smooth business operation.
∎ Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
∎ Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and creates an environment & culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and values.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process.
∎ Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS management, and employee relations.
∎ Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
∎ Demonstrated experience in leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives ·
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise, train-up & motivate the team to ensure a happy workforce.
∎ Ensure implementation of Human Resources Plan for optimum efficiency.
∎ Ensure employees engagement to achieve optimum output.
∎ Ensure logistic & administrative support to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system in the factory.
∎ Ensure employees compensation management system.
∎ Ensure training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training effectiveness.
∎ Ensure employees harmonious relation actively & resolve industrial disputes in a proactive manner.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·
∎ Ensure health, safety & security, and CSR initiatives as per practice.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise, train-up & motivate the team to ensure a happy workforce.
∎ Vast knowledge in Accord, Alliance, and at present RSC practically implementations and presentations. Confidently clear knowledge about BNBC, NFPA and Labour Law 2006 with all amendments.
∎ Ensure the factory is updated for all types of audits i.e. Social Compliance Audit (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS), Security System Audit (CT-PAT), Technical Audit, Environmental Audit (HIGG, FEM, Step by OEKOTEX), FSC, WCA, Management Audit, HR Audit etc.
∎ Drive to set international standards in current business;
∎ Manpower Data Analysis.

∎ Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
