∎ B.Sc in Fashion Design & Technology from any reputed university.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in product development particularly in export oriented RMG (Denim) industry is highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have working experience on illustrator, Photoshop & 3D software like CLO or Vstitcher to develop the 3D designs, sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories.
∎ Knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of wash techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and analyze market trends, create innovative design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and target customers.
∎ Create detailed technical drawings, including garment measurements, material specifications, and construction techniques.
∎ Can do initial flat sketch by hand and transform them into detailed computer-aided design (CAD).
∎ Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments based on design concepts, quality standards, and cost considerations.
∎ Collaborate with pattern makers to develop accurate and functional garment patterns.
∎ Review and provide feedback on samples to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that garments are produced to the highest quality standards.
∎ Address any design or technical issues that arise during production.
∎ Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies that may impact garment design.
∎ Proficiency in preparing mood boards & trend presentation for the customers according to the need.
