∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare patterns and markers for headwear using Lectra CAD Software.
∎ Proficiency in Lectra Modaris 2D and TUKA Tech.
∎ Create accurate patterns from tech packs or samples, ensuring buyer specifications are meet.
∎ Independently develop patterns Style wise pattern grading.
∎ Provide consumption correctly with maximum fabric savings.
∎ Verify and check patterns received from customers.
∎ Maintain clear communication with development team to ensure product feasibility.
∎ Provide technical advice to sample and production
∎ Perform pattern checks, adjustments, and mark necessary allowances.
∎ Resolve fitting issues and provide solutions to ensure proper garment fit.
∎ Participate in risk assessments, pre-production meetings, and technical discussions.
