Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute monthly production plans in collaboration with the Factory Manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Monitor production performance, identify trends, and implement quality improvement tools to enhance efficiency.
∎ Provide mentorship to low-performing lines/teams to uplift performance standards.
∎ Oversee inventory, stock reconciliation, and ensure adherence to "cut to box" standards.
∎ Foster a positive work environment by upholding company values and ensuring compliance with the code of conduct.
∎ Engage in strategic business operations (SBO), capacity planning, and shipment reviews.
∎ Conduct daily Gemba walks, review production status, and track top defects for continuous improvement.
∎ Balance resource allocation and optimize layout plans for maximum production output.
∎ Develop and support a skilled team of APMs and Line Chiefs through coaching and guidance.
