∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA /CC or relevant part course will add value.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly and annual books of accounts.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
∎ Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
∎ Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
∎ Ensure data accuracy for audits and management reporting.
∎ Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings.
∎ Coordinate with consultants and auditors for tax assessments, statutory audits, and internal audits.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
∎ Monitor day-to-day cash flows and bank transactions.
∎ Assist in fund planning and ensure timely vendor/employee payments.
∎ Manage petty cash and coordinate with banks for routine operations.
∎ Implement and monitor internal control procedures.
∎ Suggest improvements in financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and standardization of financial processes.
∎ Guide and supervise junior accountants and finance executives.
∎ Review work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (procurement, HR, operations) for financial inputs.
