Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Development Strategy for the Organization for Top Line Growth.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales team to ensure & take necessary step for achieving their target on time.
∎ Arrange warm up session on weekly basis with sales team to motivate team to keep or maintain the pace of daily activities.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
∎ Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
∎ Direct, Co-ordinate and supervise the Sales force to ensure the Sales Target.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
∎ Track information on competitor strategy and market condition directly and through sales force.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
∎ Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Monitor and maintain roaster of all walking customers/reference & existing customers and distribute these properly.
∎ Ensure orientation about product, materials and facility to new sales executives for providing knowledge about product and product value.
∎ Maintain relation with existing customers to provide standard service as well as generate new sales lead.
∎ Monitor daily activities of telemarketing team to ensure prospective client hunt for sales.
∎ Provide and ensure quality data for telemarketing in coordination with sales team for generate lead for sales team.
∎ Manages relationship development with prospective customers with a view to enhancing sales volume.
∎ Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of the same.
∎ Monitor market performance and focus the performance of sales team.
∎ Initiate market research.
∎ Adaptability, tolerance, & retentiveness will highly be appreciated.
∎ Any other task as per Management Decision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in commercial space, plot and apartment selling.
∎ Practical knowledgeable on Land / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Should have experience in Renowned Real Estate Company.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, Able to take the challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have the ability to work for extended hours.
