The candidate will play a pivotal role in developing business opportunities, maintaining strong buyer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted global apparel sourcing partner.

Location: Dhaka (Head Office) with international travel exposure and factory coordination
Reporting directly to the GM/Head of Sales & Marketing, the Sr. Manager/AGM will be the second-in-command of the sales and marketing function. The role involves maintaining and expanding international buyer accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between buyers and internal teams (Merchandising, Planning, and Production). The ideal candidate must be well-travelled, have strong buyer communication skills, and possess 7–10 years of hands-on experience in garments sales and marketing.
Buyer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with international buyers.
Act as the primary communication bridge for key buyers regarding orders, pricing, and production updates.
Negotiate order terms, costing, and lead times to ensure profitable contracts.
Sales & Business Development
Assist GM/Head of Sales & Marketing in setting and achieving annual sales targets.
Identify new buyers and explore untapped global markets.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to align offerings with buyer expectations.
Represent the company at international fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
Coordination & Execution
Work closely with Merchandising, IE, Planning, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of buyer orders.
Ensure smooth communication flow across all internal and external stakeholders.
Track sales KPIs and ensure order conversion efficiency.
Reporting & Strategy
Prepare sales forecasts, buyer pipeline reports, and order status updates for senior management.
Provide market intelligence and insights into buyer trends, price movements, and global demand shifts.
