Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute divisional sales plans aligned with company goals
Supervise and support ASMs/ZSMs/DSM’s and their teams
Analyze and optimize sales performance across regions
Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and launches
Maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients and dealers
Ensure divisional compliance with collection and credit norms
Identify new business opportunities in emerging segments
Conduct divisional reviews, trainings, and team development
Coordinate cross-functionally for seamless operations.
Present divisional reports to senior leadership with insights and projections.
Ensure utilizing full capacity of dealer.
