∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QC, QC & Compliance, Quality controlling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and lead entire QC dept.
∎ Assure quality of construction works and materials.
∎ Daily project visit is essential to ensure quality works and materials.
∎ Help project engineers & site supervisors to attain quality projects & quality works.
∎ Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
∎ Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
∎ Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in a similar position and at least 15 years of experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
∎ Experience of high rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about the quality of construction works.
