Overview:

RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified and innovation-driven conglomerates, is looking for a skilled and performance-focused professional to join as Sr. Manager/AGM –Production/ Operation (Tyre & Tube) at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As part of our expanding industrial portfolio, this position plays a critical role in ensuring end-to-end operational excellence, Production and Operation efficiency, and product quality in the manufacturing of stainless steel and aluminum-based items.

Production (Tyre & Tube):

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Supervise and manage production lines, ensuring efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process and initiate improvements.
• Monitor daily production metrics and ensure optimal equipment utilization and workforce deployment.

Operation (Tyre & Tube)

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across production, maintenance, logistics, and inventory.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational KPIs.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods inventory are well maintained and tracked.
• Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain departments to ensure material availability.
• Oversee facility management, machine upkeep, and energy consumption control.
