Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public University.
∎ Applicants from BUET/ DUET/CUET/ RUET/ KUET/ IUT will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical technician
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibie for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all mechanical, boiler'and
∎ captive power equipment of the factory.
∎ prepare preventive maintenance plan and also organize & monitor its execution.
∎ Ensure minimum downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installations of the
∎ factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise of all the utility issues such as air compressor, Gas generator,
∎ water/vacuum pumps, workshop, steam boiler.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for breakdown maintenance,
∎ troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of equipment's and components in different sections to
∎ identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairing such as pipe
∎ leakages, insulation damage etc.
∎ Spare parts consumption and prepare cost reduction plan.
∎ lnstallation, commissioning of all new process & utility machineries.
∎ Documentation according to the cGMP.
∎ Conduct different regulatory audit.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Installation/ Erection, Operation and Maintenance
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of engineering parts and components from suppliers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall Maintenance & Utility related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
