Knowledge on IE tools/techniques.
Able to handle workload.
Responsibilities & Context:
Do line balancing, visualize headcount status & line wise target.
Drive to achieve hourly production and efficiency by solving bottleneck.
Ensure line wise capacity with graphical representation.
Ensure QCO activities, execute changeover & make feeding reports.
Identify low performers, up/multitasking & prepare skill matrix.
Record NPT & take action to improve manpower handling.
Maintain standard housekeeping, 5S & reduce wastages.
Any other tasks assigned by the department senior/management.
