Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage centralized CRM operations across multiple SBUs to ensure unified customer data and visibility

  • Support RTM design and execution (territory, route, market, and outlet structuring)

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to enhance channel programs, dealer/distributor engagement, and visibility initiatives

  • Analyze primary & secondary sales data, outlet coverage, and sales force performance

  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation, outlet classification, and lifecycle strategies

  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as coverage, strike rate, call productivity, and retention

  • Design and track trade campaigns, incentive programs, and activation performance

  • Build dashboards for Sales hierarchy 

  • Ensure CRM and RTM system alignment with ERP and field operations

  • Identify gaps in distribution/channel and recommend expansion strategies

  • Support automation of customer journeys (SMS, campaigns, feedback loops)

  • Handle escalations and ensure structured resolution tracking
