Responsibilities & Context:
Manage centralized CRM operations across multiple SBUs to ensure unified customer data and visibility
Support RTM design and execution (territory, route, market, and outlet structuring)
Collaborate with Trade Marketing to enhance channel programs, dealer/distributor engagement, and visibility initiatives
Analyze primary & secondary sales data, outlet coverage, and sales force performance
Develop and maintain customer segmentation, outlet classification, and lifecycle strategies
Monitor and improve key metrics such as coverage, strike rate, call productivity, and retention
Design and track trade campaigns, incentive programs, and activation performance
Build dashboards for Sales hierarchy
Ensure CRM and RTM system alignment with ERP and field operations
Identify gaps in distribution/channel and recommend expansion strategies
Support automation of customer journeys (SMS, campaigns, feedback loops)
Handle escalations and ensure structured resolution tracking
