Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cement Industry, Paint

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Preferred knowledge on QA/QC in Cement Industry.

Knowledge of product specifications (ASTM, BDS-EN & BIS) & Concrete technology.

• Age 28 to 35 years

1. Monitor production/operational processes to ensure they meet established quality standards.

2. Conduct in process checks and final product inspections.

3. Identify deviations or abnormalities and take immediate corrective action.

4. Ensure proper recording of QC/QA activities to maintain traceability.

5. Conduct risk assessments of non‑conforming materials or products.

6. Investigate quality issues or customer complaints.

7. Inspect incoming materials and coordinate with procurement.

8. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.

9. Test cementitious raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards (BDS EN, ASTM, BIS) as per the QC plan.

10. Perform routine quality monitoring & control.

11. Hourly: Fineness, IR, LOI, and chemical analysis by XRF

12. Daily: Fineness, setting time, soundness, and compressive strength

13. Demonstrate competency in XRF operation

14. Ensure proper calibration of cement laboratory equipment.

15. Track quality trends and implement necessary corrective actions.

16. Monitor and optimize process parameters for consistent product quality.

17. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in line with standard procedures.

18. Key Performance Indicators:

    • Zeno incident and accident (No Harm to People and Asset)

    • Ensure Product Quality.

    • Process Efficiency & Improvement.

    • Improved workflow coordination between QA, Production, RM and Supply Chain.

    • Ensures accuracy and speed without compromising quality.

    • Planning and organizing work shift for the timely completion of departmental activities.

    • physical and chemical test for Cement and rawmaterials as per international method ASTM, BIS& BDS-EN.

    • Visit customers site in order to determine the cause of complaint, make RCA .
