Responsibilities & Context:
Provide guidance and counselling to students on study abroad opportunities, with a focus on Japan and other destinations
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain regular communication with students and their guardians throughout the process
Assist students in application preparation, documentation, and visa processing
Oversee and monitor student payment procedures to ensure timely completion
Coordinate effectively with partner institutions and internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, reports, and databases
